As we all know, bollywood sizzling beauty Katrina Kaif was the first choice for ‘Half Girlfriend’, an adaptation of Chetan Bhagat’s novel of the same name. But later actress Shraddha Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor were roped to play the leading roles in the movie.
Even though Katrina really liked the project, it was some thing else that discouraged the actress from signing on the dotted lines. As per the reports, she recommended the movie’s director Mohit Suri to find another girl as she wouldn’t fit the role of a college – girl.
Since she doesn’t want her ‘age’ to affect the film, Katrina decided drop the project. Mohit who respected her decision went on to sign Sharaddha as a female lead for romantic-comedy movie.
